My insurance company says I need to get more then one estimate, is that true?
No, not at all. You only need one estimate from a licensed Auto Body faciltiy. You approve the repairs and give authorization, not your insurance company.
My insurance companys says I have to have my car fixed at one of there DRP shops?
No, it is actually against the law for your insurance company to tell you where to get your car fixed. Its called steering, and they are not allowed to do that.
Why can't I just email you photos and get an estimate on the damge to my car?
Its actually against the law for a body shop in N.J. to write an estimate from photos. But also its very hard to give a complete estimate from photos and often damage is missed. Please stop by the shop for an estimate, it only takes 10 minutes and no appointment is necessary.
